See it running

Captured from a production install driving a real Proxmox VE 9.1.5 estate. Customer names, hostnames and addresses are replaced with placeholders; every metric, version and state is real.

What your customers get

A self-service portal that answers the tickets you would otherwise get.

A real control panel

Power on/off/reboot, live CPU, memory and disk gauges, network throughput graphs by hour, day, week or month, and the guest's current state — not a status string copied at provisioning time.

Browser console

noVNC and xterm.js straight from the client area over a brokered session. No Proxmox login, no VPN, and no access to any other tenant's guest.

Self-service backups & snapshots

Take a snapshot before a risky change and roll back. Restore from a Proxmox Backup Server archive. Schedules and retention are yours to set per product; the customer just uses them.

Firewall they can actually use

Per-guest rules with a provider-owned anti-spoof floor underneath, so a customer can open and close their own ports without ever being able to spoof a source address.

SSH keys and rebuilds

Upload keys, reset the root password, rebuild onto a different template, and change the boot order — all without a ticket.

Honest usage

Bandwidth and disk usage with a plain statement of what has accrued, plus CSV export. Overage is shown in currency before it lands on an invoice.

What you get as the operator

Fleet-level control for the whole estate, inside WHMCS.

Estate dashboard

Clusters, nodes, guests, in-flight tasks, failed backups, storage pressure and quorum in one view, with an attention feed that names the specific service and offers the fix.

Import & reconcile

Adopt guests that already exist on your hypervisors, detect orphans where a WHMCS service and a VMID have drifted apart, and reconcile a single record from the service page.

Product policy, not per-service fiddling

Resource caps, backup retention, firewall defaults, rebuild templates and IP scope live on the product. Configurable Options are read for real, so a customer upgrade actually changes the guest.

Audit and diagnostics

An append-only audit trail with correlation IDs, API-call history, task and queue history, migration state and a filtered CSV export that honours the filters you set.

PBS and PDM integration

Proxmox Backup Server jobs and verification state, and Proxmox Datacenter Manager, alongside PVE — not just VE.

Version-gated by capability

The module probes what your Proxmox actually supports rather than assuming one generation, so a newer release degrades a single feature instead of throwing a raw API error into your admin.

Provisioning that tells the truth

The lifecycle behaviour a billing system depends on.

  • A suspend that the hypervisor refused is reported as a failure, not marked Suspended — so a running guest is never billed as suspended.
  • Deferred creates stay Pending and are finished by cron; WHMCS is not told "Active" before the guest exists.
  • Power state is recorded from what the hypervisor is, not from what was requested.
  • A change of package that only swaps an OS template is not reported as a full success.
  • Terminate revokes the scoped Proxmox credential and drops the backup schedule with it.
  • Suspended and overdue clients lose write access to their guests, on every surface including the REST API.

Security model

What a tenant can and cannot reach.

  • Ownership is re-verified on reads as well as writes — not just at the entry point.
  • WHMCS sub-user permissions are enforced: a contact invited for invoices cannot reboot, rebuild, console into or destroy a server.
  • Provider-owned anti-spoof floor that a customer's own firewall switch cannot lower.
  • Proxmox API tokens are stored encrypted, never rendered back into a form, and redacted from every log.
  • CSRF on every mutation; GET stays read-only; POST-only on the client API.
  • Console access is brokered per session, so a customer never receives a Proxmox credential.

Compatibility

Measured on real installs, not inferred from documentation.

ionCube Loader13.3.1+ / 14.4.1+Build-dependent. Ships a readable preflight that tells you before you activate.
ThemesEVPS-1000X and stock WHMCSClient panel renders on both.

Installing it

Three files, one preflight, no surprises.

Check before you activate

The package ships scripts/preflight-ioncube.php. Run it first: it reads the build stamp inside the package and tells you plainly whether this server can run it, instead of leaving you with a blank admin page.

Pick your PHP

Separate builds for PHP 8.3 and 8.2, plus a legacy Loader-13 build. Downloads appear in your client area the moment the licence is active.

Upgrades are idempotent

Migrations guard every table and column and are safe to re-run. A migration that cannot meet a precondition declines and retries next run rather than recording itself as done.

ionCube-protected, licence-verifiedThe proprietary implementation is ionCube encoded; the WHMCS entry points, templates, language files and the Loader preflight stay readable so you can audit what runs and keep working on a Loader you do not have yet.

Version 2.53.0. Licensed per WHMCS installation. Every claim on this page reflects shipped, tested behaviour — where something is best-effort or unsupported it says so.

Billing cycle

Longer terms lock in a lower monthly rate.
