We had some drive failure on one of our nodes. The drive was replaced in the raid array and the vms that were on that node are all back online.
As an update, we have restored some capacity in our LA2 location. Due to a dark fiber cut in LA, a large potion of transport capacity has been lost. Good afternoon, We are currently experiencing an outage in our LA facility. We have identified the issue to be upstream of our internal network and power infrastructure. We have updated some of our nodes to a newer version and we see a few bugs in the control panel of some accounts for both Cpanel and VPS systems We have tickets in with the developers to resolve the issues. If you need direct support help with either Cpanel or a VPS please open a support request.
All clients that are hosted on our shared systems now have a new and improved mail filtering system added so you should see less spam going to your inbox. If you have any issues please submit a support request to our team so they can review.
We have enabled the lets encrypt ssl plugin to allow all of our cpanel shared clients to get free ssls for their domains. We are having a node maintenance starting this week to do hardware upgrades and checks on all nodes. All VPS and Cloud systems will be migrated to another node during this process downtime will occur temporally while the vm config switches to the new node, those that are on our HA cloud system nodes will also have work done on them.
